Shipping Coverage
Mirella Nove currently ships to customers across Malaysia and United States. Our shipping policy applies to all products available on our official website, unless a specific product indicates otherwise on its page. We are committed to delivering a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every order.

Order Cut-Off and Handling Time
Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT+8) on business days will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day. Our standard handling time ranges from 1 to 3 business days, during which your order is prepared, packed, and handed over to our delivery partners. 

Shipping & Delivery Timeframe

Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday only. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Malaysia: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
  • United States: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • Malaysia: Including handling, delivery is usually 4-8 business days.
  • United States: Including handling, delivery is usually 8-13 business days.

  • Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday) only

Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipping status so you can follow your delivery progress.

Shipping Cost
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within Malaysia and United States, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the final amount no additional shipping fees will apply.

Currency
All prices and shipping costs are displayed and processed in USD (United States Dollar). If you choose to pay in another currency, your payment provider may apply additional exchange fees or conversion rates.
